Refund Policy
This policy covers purchases of AI Chat Vault Pro made through Creem: monthly, yearly, lifetime, and early-bird lifetime.
Creem is the merchant of record and processes the payment. We do not see your card number. Refunds are issued through Creem back to the original payment method. How long the amount takes to appear depends on Creem and the card issuer.

14-day refund
Email xintiao1230@outlook.com within 14 days of the purchase. You do not need to give a reason.
Include:
- the email address you used at Creem checkout
- the order reference or the license key, if you have either
This applies to every plan: monthly, yearly, lifetime, and early-bird. We will refund the purchase through Creem and deactivate that license. A refund ends the license. It is not the same as canceling a subscription and keeping Pro until the end of the paid period.
The extension turns Pro off after its next successful license check. Open the extension while you are online so that check can run. It also checks about every 12 hours while Chrome is running. A device that stays offline keeps the last result it stored until it can check again. Once Creem reports the license disabled or expired, Pro ends. A failed connection is not treated as a disabled license.
Cancel a subscription
You can cancel a monthly or yearly plan at any time by emailing xintiao1230@outlook.com. The extension does not have its own cancel button.
Cancellation leaves the license valid until the end of the period you already paid for. After that date, the next successful license check turns Pro off. Canceling outside the 14-day window does not refund the current period.
Lifetime and early-bird are one-time purchases. They are not subscriptions. They are covered by the 14-day refund above, and not after those 14 days.
After 14 days
After 14 days we do not refund a plan because it was unused or because you changed your mind. You can still cancel a subscription so it does not renew, and keep access until the period you paid for ends.
If a payment is charged back or otherwise reversed, we deactivate the license in the same way as a refund.
